Booking & Payment: Booking shall be made only when payment is received, and it is subject to availability.

Cancellations: Refunds, if any, will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

Itinerary Changes: Itineraries may change due to reasons like weather conditions, road conditions, government rules, or other factors that are unpredictable.

Accommodation: Hotels will be booked as per the chosen package or equivalent based on availability.

Health & Safety: Guests need to be medically suitable for the Vaishno Devi Yatra and adhere to all safety measures throughout the journey.

Personal Expenditure: Personal expenditure related to shopping, washing, tips, a helicopter ride, pony, palki, battery car, and adventure activities shall be borne personally.

Liability: Any delay, accident, loss, or damage arising out of circumstances beyond our control is not our responsibility.

Travel Documents: Valid travel documents should be carried by the guests at all times.
